And, we are consistently updating our equipment to meet your requirements. This includes our staff's working knowledge of the equipment - as you well know having the equipment is one thing, however being able to efficiently use it is what separates us from the our competitors! Along the same lines, our management staff understands the importance of staying ahead of the technology and is committed to advanced training for our Automation/Technical department's staff. Continued training of our staff allows us to meet and exceed your requirements. Some of the courses attended by our staff are UL 508A standards and Rockwell Automation specific software classes. Our panel shop is UL listed and maintains this listing through the use of UL Standards 508A.

We realize and acknowledge that our relation to the customer is a continued effort even after the system is up and running. Many of our customers are 24/7 operations and we are there to support them no matter what time of day or night! We also can provide support for OEM installations even after the OEM has completed the installation/start-up or is no longer able or available to provide the required support. No system or process is too small, too large, too old, or too new for us to handle. We have a close working relationship with many of our vendors to enhance our ability to provide support in an emergency situation or just to meet your daily requirements.
